The Steps I Took to Increase My Height

This is a step by step guide about how I increased my height naturally, without the use of any supplements or pills:
Step I
Get a reliable source of effective height increase exercises and a nutrition guide. I personally used Grow Taller 4 Idiots as I found the ebook to be very well written with a lot of attention to detail, and I highly recommend it. You are, of course, free to try anything else.
Step II
Measure yourself once in the morning just after you wake up, and once before you go to sleep. Write it down in a journal (yes, keep a journal of your progress). Do this before you start off with any exercise or nutrition plan.
Step III
Perform exercises religiously and follow the nutrition plan for a minimum of two months. Measure yourself every fortnight. DON’T become obsesssed and measure your height every two days; it can slow down or even nullify your height increase methods.
Tip: Here’s a recipe of my favorite high calorie/high protein cocktail. Try incorporating it in your nutrition plan.
Step IV
Check your posture repeatedly. Make sure that you don’t slouch. Keep your shoulders pulled back.
Step V
Measure yourself after two months. You should see a difference in your height, even if it be a couple of centimeters.
Further intensify your efforts if required.
